These appointments are not reimbursable via insurance. If you have any difficulty with the calendar, please email me.

Your spiritual, ethnic, racial, gender, and cultural identities are important aspects of who you are. If you are a person of color or a member of a minority group and wonder if my practice will be right for you, please feel free to call or email in advance to ask me whatever questions are on your mind.

Here are my tips for finding the therapist who’s right for you.

In on-going psychotherapy, we will work collaboratively to engage your symptoms and questions in order to move you towards the life you seek. Whether you're struggling with emotional, relational, or physical symptoms, the supported self-exploration of psychotherapy strengthens your awareness of you, deepening your engagement with life while alleviating your suffering and symptoms.

I work with presenting issues such as depression, grief, trauma, anger, negative thinking, eating issues, developmental struggles, relationship issues, anxiety, obsessive compulsive thinking, career explorations, creative blocks, nightmares, recurring dreams, and all questions of identity.

Please call to inquire about rates and availability. Sessions are 50 minutes in length and held weekly or twice weekly.

Insurance: I am in network with Providence and with United Behavioral Health -- if you have one of these plans, please call your provider to ask about your coverage for psychotherapy. I am an "out of network" provider with many other insurance plans. I submit all claims on your behalf. Different companies reimburse at different rates and you'll need to inquire with your insurance company about "out of network" benefits for mental health. (Kaiser and OHP insurance do not reimburse for out-of-network services). 

Sliding Scale: I maintain three sliding scale spaces in my practice for committed individuals in financial need. When these spaces are filled (and they tend to be filled...) there is no additional flexibility for me to alter fees.

For individuals seeking to understand the meaning of a particular dream or for those interested in learning more about the experience of dream work, individual dreamwork consultations are rich places for exploration and self-learning. Through the lens of Jungian Psychology, we will explore a particular dream, nightmare, or series of dreams in order to unlock their particular meaning for you. This work can illuminate aspects of your life for further reflection and deeper engagement.

Sessions are ideally booked in pairs to allow for follow-up from the initial exploration.

Typology Testing (SL-TDI) and Consultation

Are you an Extrovert or Introvert? Primarily a Thinking Type, Feeling Type, Intuiting Type, or Sensing Type? Learning the blueprint for where your energy is naturally directed can support you in finding your most comfortable niche in the world. Typology testing can help you to better understand yourself in relationships and in the workplace and help you to go with the flow by learning where your flow resides. If you are an Introvert attempting to live an Extroverted life, for instance, you will be consistently exhausted and cranky. If you are primarily a Thinking type but you're working as a chef, you may be regularly bored and day-dreaming about when you can get home to your books.
